The person who becomes your customer goes through six steps, and the website is only one of them. If any of the other five is not covered, everything stops right there, and the website will not save it. So we take on the whole chain rather than one piece of it.

1. The customer searches. On Google, on the map, or from someone they know. This is where it is decided whether you are among the options at all.
2. The customer finds you. A business profile with a real address, opening hours and photographs, rather than an empty spot on the map.
3. The customer chooses. A site that answers the questions before they are asked, and looks like a business you would trust with the work.
4. The customer writes or calls. A telephone, a mailbox and a booking system that still answer after the working day is over.
5. The customer comes back. Reminders and offers for the people who have already been to you.
6. The customer recommends you. Reviews land where the next person's search begins, and the circle closes.
